I am a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Shamieh, Shamieh & Ternieden. I support individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system, particularly in challenging and vulnerable circumstances. With an empathetic and client-focused approach, I strive to make each step of the process clearer and more manageable. My commitment to serving people from diverse cultural backgrounds drives me to ensure that every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their case.
I am a Mexican attorney, born and raised in Mexico City. I earned my law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). During my studies, I also attended Sophia University (上智大学) in Tokyo, Japan, where I deepened my knowledge of international relations and politics. More recently, I completed a diploma in Asian Studies, further expanding my understanding of diverse cultures and global perspectives.
Outside of my professional work, I love traveling, trying food from different cultures, brewing tea, and photography — all of which serve as creative outlets. I am also a certified yoga teacher!
